Lifeplan

16th September 2019 / no comments

Lifeplan is one of the leading healthcare, vitamin and herbal product companies in the UK. They produce their own products, and they do it to the highest possible standard. Creating healthcare products that really matter and make a real difference is deep within the roots of what they’re about, and we couldn’t have been more delighted when they chose to work with us.

Lifeplan already had some presence on Amazon, but their strategy needed an overhaul, and their account to essentially be started from scratch. That meant we had a blank canvas in which to work up some magic. We supported in creating brand new listings with an innovative approach to how products were listed, plus supported in all areas of Amazon to lighten their workload; everything from automatic review requests and product optimisation, to sponsored advertising and the technical setup of their account.

Have a look at Lifeplan’s website where you can buy from a huge range of their healthcare products.

Raquex

20th February 2018 / no comments

Raquex was designed and developed with racquet players in mind. In fact, the person who started the company used to play squash for England. With that experience came knowledge in how to make a quality product. Their racquet grips and sweatbands are top quality and they don’t try to make sports products their not experts in. It’s a niche company, but they know their stuff.

Our brief was to come up with the branding for the entire company which would also feature on the products, support them in setting up distribution and fulfilment, create the products, then launch their digital presence to allow them to sell online.

It was a big brief, granted, but one of our most exciting and enjoyable ones, and with our know-how we had them selling on day 1.

Take a look at Raquex and if you’re in the market for some sweatbands, give them a try.

Doddl

19th February 2018 / no comments

A truly revolutionary product. No, we’re not exaggerating. Doddl make cutlery for children learning how to self-feed, and their product is taking the market by storm.

They’d been running for a few years before we came on board, and they’d already made a strong footing in the market place, but it wasn’t quite strong enough. We took on the development and overall UX of their website, as well as all their channels to support it. Particular focus was on boosting their Amazon Seller Central account. They’d had this running for a couple of years but needed some rocket fuel, and rocket fuel it got! We delivered an increase in revenue of over 1400% within 7 months. No, we’re still not exaggerating.

If you have an infant and you’re preparing to teach him or her how to use cutlery, we can’t recommend Doddl enough. Go have a look at the Doddl website for yourself.

JCB Paint

19th February 2018 / no comments

The latest addition to the JCB franchise – JCB Paint. Extensive research and development went into creating this unique paint formula and having worked with the team through their setup phase, we understood the quality and why this paint was going to be a big hitter.

Although this was a JCB brand, JCB Paint still needed its own identity, while maintaining the brand image.

We created a unique design, but adopting some of the JCB colours and fonts, to give the site a blend of the JCB branding but an individual style.

The site we built had a neat look and easy to navigate, but is jam packed full of features and functionality – Dealer Locator, Translations with 15 languages, interactive page for their Super Comet, Trade login area, and ecommerce with links into Xero for accounts and UPS for fulfilment. There’s loads more to this site, but without being over complicated to the end user.

That's not all we can do.

Quella Bicycle

17th February 2018 / no comments

An awesome company with awesome products. Quella Bicycle manufacture top-quality bikes and accessories and are big hitters in their game.

We took on an existing website to improve the mechanics behind their website for better systems setup, and improved the front-end customer journey to give a more reliable and easier experience for their customers.

Once we’d tackled the nuts and bolts of the site, we moved on to supporting them in their full digital strategy. With such a massive footing in their industry already, and huge potential for growth, we were able to come up with many avenues of opportunity for them.

Cullimore Group

22nd July 2017 / no comments

The Cullimore Group of Companies have been the industry-leaders in aggregates, concrete, inert waste removal and a whole host of related services, since 1967. A family run company taking ownership of the South West of England, they take pride in delivering the best products and the best service to their customers.

To celebrate Cullimore’s 50 years at the top of their game, they decided to refresh their look on their website. Their huge range of vehicles are iconic and highly recognisable to anyone in the South West, and all of these vehicles are always immaculately presented and stand out from the rest. The website needed to be a continuation of that brand image, matching the high aesthetic quality they achieve with their vehicles.

The customer base of Cullimore Group are hard workers with little time to browse online. They’re less tech-savvy than a typical millennial; a complicated website wouldn’t suit Cullimore’s needs. The website had to be easy to move around, with an impeccable mobile experience for the visitors who need to get info from Cullimore’s on the go. With their previous website it was unknown how many visitors were using a desktop computer versus mobile device, however we looked at the industry’s typical demographic and used that knowledge to drive the mobile experience. The previous website wasn’t mobile optimised either, so this meant there was potential loss of capturing new customers due to them not being able to navigate as easily as they could have. Now the new site is live, 47% of their visitors browse the website on a mobile device or tablet. This alone is well above industry averages for device usage but reenforces the value of them now having a mobile friendly website.

The website we delivered ticked all the boxes – It maintains their branding and their brand image. It’s easy to use, modern and conveys the right message. Most importantly, it also maintains a warm, family-run feel. Have a look around the Cullimore website and let us know what you think.

The Body Bump

6th March 2017 / no comments

Owned by Cosmetic Boutique, “The Body Bump” is a new innovation from the mother-daughter duo. Designed to fit comfortably over pregnancy bumps, this new product needed a platform to gain some sales.

A fun and playful brief was given, with some bright colour ways and cartoon-style images of women wearing The Body Bump products. To fit in with the fun theme, the company chose myfabody.com as the website’s URL.

The website needed to be fairly simplistic in its layout, easy to use and have a fashionable feel to it. Balancing these features alongside a slightly quirky edge given by the bright colours and cartoon imagery was an enjoyable challenge for the team, with the end result having a natural feel between the elements.

A secure (HTTPS) site was built, with ecommerce functionality to buy a range of products including The Body Bump, fragrant pillow sprays, amongst other products, and if we may say so ourselves, it looks pretty good!

Jump Fitness

5th February 2017 / no comments

Jump Fitness is an established fitness training company, specialising in personal trainer courses and other bespoke training courses for fitness professionals.

As an existing and well-known company in their field, they needed a website to support the quality they deliver, but also to allow their customers an easier option to signing up to the courses, which ultimately means an easier route to purchasing.

The site we came up with tied in with the premise of the company and included ecommerce functionality to allow customers to buy online. All courses are available to be seen in detail with an interactive course calendar, booking feature, “add to calendar” feature, along with many other useful elements to help customers choose the right course for them.

Built on a reliable and flexible WordPress platform, with some super clean code for optimal performance, this slick site is already working wonders for Jump Fitness’ profile.

KMX Chauffeurs

24th November 2016 / no comments

KMX Chauffeurs are fairly new to the Chauffeur scene, setup by an ex-military professional. Their original website never really performed – Enquiries were thin at best, and various Google algorithm updates since the site was built, such as more emphasis on mobile optimised sites, made the site rank lower than desired.

We had a wonderfully loose brief for the build. This let our creative juices run free and build something super-slick looking that was going to help them rank higher than before.

Aside from the standard mobile optimisation of the site, we built it with a focus on the structure and coding. We believe neat coding leads to stronger results all round.

Another happy client, another beautiful website. We love our jobs!

Stur Drinks

27th September 2016 / no comments

Stur Drinks are a USA based family retail company producing healthy and great tasting alternatives to sugar-filled squash drinks. They recently extended their arm into Europe and needed to match the success they found in USA. Our mission was to help boost their European profile through a complete digital strategic approach.

A new ecommerce website was built to replace the previous dated one. In addition, a modernised email template was built with bi-monthly email campaigns, complemented with the same campaigns/promotions being run on social media, PPC advertising, as well as on-site.

Stur Drinks also sell their products through other digital channels such as Amazon across all of Amazon’s European sites. Each of these countries needed to work harder and after some quick wins, an instant increase in sales was seen.

Thanks to a complete digital view, tying all of Stur’s channels into a seamless marketing plan, month on month performance continues to increase steadily.

Corporate Due Diligence

27th September 2016 / no comments

A team of highly experienced corporate solicitors wanted to launch a specialised company, with primarily an online presence to support word-of-mouth leads.

We created a new brand with its own unique identity, then designed and built a new responsive website to suit.

A quality look and feel was a must, as was a slick user journey. This gave a modern edge to a traditional field, setting Corporate Due Diligence apart from their competitors.

Diamond Setters

27th September 2016 / no comments

An established leading jeweller decided to branch out and add in a diamond setting offering to their portfolio.

The project required creating a new brand and building a website to suit. A responsive site was built on a WordPress platform, providing a clean and usable site.

Custom quote forms were built to help generate leads, along with the usual contact forms and other pieces of functionality.

A luxury feel was one of the key criteria to portray the high-quality service the company offers. Rather than simply using dark colours, light colours were used combined with subtly coloured text and high resolution images.

FineSteps

27th September 2016 / no comments

As the leading dance class company in Gloucestershire, FineSteps needed a website to show off their capabilities.

Their previous website performed well for several years but needed a modernising touch. That’s where we came in.

We designed and built a completely new responsive site with a 21st century feel. We used a WordPress platform to give them the ability to make changes in-house as and when they need, giving them full control without having to rely on out-sourced agencies to make minor changes.

The build was performed with minimal hassle to the client – Once access to the previous site was given, we did the full build without interrupting the client more than necessary, allowing them to focus on what they do best. (Don’t worry, we do also keep clients in the loop after every change if they wish!)

Jewel Chaser

26th September 2016 / no comments

Jewel Chaser wanted to launch an online directory service aimed at the jewellery industry. The main directive was to make it completely user friendly, so that it does actually get used.

Directories of the past have always seemed clunky and tricky to navigate, with more focus on banner advertising than adding value to the user. We set about making a clean and simple design, with some advanced functionality.

The task required creating a brand, designing the site, building the site and then finally releasing it to the public. This was all achieved on a tight timescale but the end result speaks for itself.

This is probably one of our favourite recent builds. Check out Jewel Chaser yourself to see why we like it so much!
