Cullimore Group

22nd July 2017 / no comments

The Cullimore Group of Companies have been the industry-leaders in aggregates, concrete, inert waste removal and a whole host of related services, since 1967. A family run company taking ownership of the South West of England, they take pride in delivering the best products and the best service to their customers.

To celebrate Cullimore’s 50 years at the top of their game, they decided to refresh their look on their website. Their huge range of vehicles are iconic and highly recognisable to anyone in the South West, and all of these vehicles are always immaculately presented and stand out from the rest. The website needed to be a continuation of that brand image, matching the high aesthetic quality they achieve with their vehicles.

The customer base of Cullimore Group are hard workers with little time to browse online. They’re less tech-savvy than a typical millennial; a complicated website wouldn’t suit Cullimore’s needs. The website had to be easy to move around, with an impeccable mobile experience for the visitors who need to get info from Cullimore’s on the go. With their previous website it was unknown how many visitors were using a desktop computer versus mobile device, however we looked at the industry’s typical demographic and used that knowledge to drive the mobile experience. The previous website wasn’t mobile optimised either, so this meant there was potential loss of capturing new customers due to them not being able to navigate as easily as they could have. Now the new site is live, 47% of their visitors browse the website on a mobile device or tablet. This alone is well above industry averages for device usage but reenforces the value of them now having a mobile friendly website.

The website we delivered ticked all the boxes – It maintains their branding and their brand image. It’s easy to use, modern and conveys the right message. Most importantly, it also maintains a warm, family-run feel. Have a look around the Cullimore website and let us know what you think.

The Body Bump

6th March 2017 / no comments

Owned by Cosmetic Boutique, “The Body Bump” is a new innovation from the mother-daughter duo. Designed to fit comfortably over pregnancy bumps, this new product needed a platform to gain some sales.

A fun and playful brief was given, with some bright colour ways and cartoon-style images of women wearing The Body Bump products. To fit in with the fun theme, the company chose myfabody.com as the website’s URL.

The website needed to be fairly simplistic in its layout, easy to use and have a fashionable feel to it. Balancing these features alongside a slightly quirky edge given by the bright colours and cartoon imagery was an enjoyable challenge for the team, with the end result having a natural feel between the elements.

A secure (HTTPS) site was built, with ecommerce functionality to buy a range of products including The Body Bump, fragrant pillow sprays, amongst other products, and if we may say so ourselves, it looks pretty good!

Jump Fitness

5th February 2017 / no comments

Jump Fitness is an established fitness training company, specialising in personal trainer courses and other bespoke training courses for fitness professionals.

As an existing and well-known company in their field, they needed a website to support the quality they deliver, but also to allow their customers an easier option to signing up to the courses, which ultimately means an easier route to purchasing.

The site we came up with tied in with the premise of the company and included ecommerce functionality to allow customers to buy online. All courses are available to be seen in detail with an interactive course calendar, booking feature, “add to calendar” feature, along with many other useful elements to help customers choose the right course for them.

Built on a reliable and flexible WordPress platform, with some super clean code for optimal performance, this slick site is already working wonders for Jump Fitness’ profile.

KMX Chauffeurs

24th November 2016 / no comments

KMX Chauffeurs are fairly new to the Chauffeur scene, setup by an ex-military professional. Their original website never really performed – Enquiries were thin at best, and various Google algorithm updates since the site was built, such as more emphasis on mobile optimised sites, made the site rank lower than desired.

We had a wonderfully loose brief for the build. This let our creative juices run free and build something super-slick looking that was going to help them rank higher than before.

Aside from the standard mobile optimisation of the site, we built it with a focus on the structure and coding. We believe neat coding leads to stronger results all round.

Another happy client, another beautiful website. We love our jobs!
